Ted FANG

Founder

​

  • Started his career with Apple Computer, then onto oil trading

  • Over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry

  • Experienced in technology start-ups and investments, private equities

  • Secured strategic partnerships and forming operations team

  • Raised capital from financial institutions, family offices and private equity

  • Was a former national squash player. Participated in the British Open Championship in 1984 and Malaysia Open in 1984

  • Interview by various media outlets such as Millionaire Asia, CNN, etc.

  • Active from 2003 to 2021.

Harry TAN

Co-founder

 

  • Over 34 years of experience in hospitality sector in China and Hong Kong, including 9 years with Kuok Group / Shangri-La International Hotels and Resorts across China

  • Experience also includes Mandarin Hotel, Holiday Inn, Stanford Hotels (with Hong Kong billionaire Lui Che Woo), Gloria Hotel, and Wanda Hotel (with China’s richest man, Wang Jian Lin)

  • Recognised as one of “Top 10 Figures in the Chinese Hotel Industry” by Hotel Modernization Magazine

  • Active from 2003 to 2021

David TAN

Co-founder

 

  • Oversees sales, marketing and operations for Tera group of companies

  • Over 30 years of development, management and marketing experience in tourism, leisure and F&B sectors in China

  • Former CEO of Infotainment Development and Management, a subsidiary of Singapore-listed Straco Group, a developer, operator and investor

  • Former General Manager of several theme parks in Asia including Shanghai Aquarium

Chin Hu WONG

Senior Vice President

  • Over 20 years' experience in real estate investment, asset management and development projects

  • Worked in international private equity firms and financial institutions including SEB - TCAC Asset Management and GE Capital Real Estate

  • Former CapitaLand Chief Representative in Vietnam

  • Held senior position at City Developments Limited and expanded Asia footprint for investment and development projects, including high-end residential real estate (e.g. The Sail at Marina Bay Singapore)

  • Licenced real estate appraiser and a member of Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).
